It sure is hard to stomach when an average Indian body is curvy and full. Women will always resist such a hard regime to follow and a strict diet. I on the other hand think that it is right to resist such an ideal body image as every person has their own biological constitution and the food one takes in and fitness regime one follows should be tailor made. There is no one-perfect-size for everyone out there.
