Remember the Deobandi fatwa against terrorism. It did not work. Nor would this policy. For the same reason that they don’t treat the root of Islamic terrorism which is Islam itself. Click here. But moron Hindus would sure fall for such gimmicks.

Deobandi fatwa was cleverly worded to talk about terrorism and not about jihad against Hindus or India. It was a ploy. It had to fail. It failed.

Well, I do not think terrorists belong to any religion except terror clan. No religion ever asked anyone to kill.
And as regards special treatment to muslim terrorists, I do think it will work. But consider the adverse effects too. You people give subsidy to people who go to Haj, and tax those who visit Amarnath. If you follow the rule here, you will create a number of Hindu terrorists equal to those who are brought back into the mainstream.
